📊 Evidence over assumptions

I use research and collaboration to guide design decisions; from structured usability sessions to informal conversations with users. I work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to combine qualitative insights with quantitative evidence.

Over the past six years, I’ve conducted:

  • 160+ usability sessions

  • 70+ user interviews

  • 21 workshops

with users from 15 countries

One of my most interesting studies used the Wizard of Oz method. I manually simulated product behavior in response to participants’ real-time decisions, allowing us to evaluate the experience before the underlying functionality had been built. I’ve written and reviewed research reports and created reusable templates in Miro and Confluence, including templates for research planning, goal setting, vision definition, and user-journey mapping

👩‍🏫 Hot designers don’t gatekeep


I enjoy learning new things—and sharing what I learn with the teams I work with. Drawing on my broader design background, I’ve led sessions on storyboarding, animation workflows, and ways to streamline the creative process. I’ve also taught designers the basics of After Effects and Fresco.To support cross-functional collaboration, I’ve run Figma workshops for developers and product owners, covering file navigation, useful shortcuts, and collaborative workflows. I also lead handoff workshops for designers, helping them communicate design decisions more clearly and make implementation smoother.

✏️ A good handoff is one the recipient can understand


My handoff documentation typically includes:

  1. Project overview and file navigation

  2. Personas and links to relevant research

  3. Key screens at the largest and smallest supported device sizes

  4. Functionality descriptions

  5. User flows

  6. Prototypes, where useful

  7. Additional notes, where needed.

I keep my Figma files structured and easy to navigate. Clear organization and documentation prevent countless additional Teams and Slack conversations, helping teams move from design to implementation with confidence. I organized Figma files and structures for six development teams. I also created supporting SharePoint pages and reusable Miro templates for my team.

✨ Human-led, AI-assisted


I use AI to accelerate parts of my workflow, explore ideas, and support collaboration. 
Some of my AI-related work included:

  • Creating agents to help navigate my team’s work. The most-used was a copy agent that translated messages into company voice and tone.

  • Co-designing the AI layer for the Discover Audiences tool with the Data Science team.

  • Designing conversational UI screens anc prototypes, developing prompts, and running studies around an AI tool layer.

  • Working with a broad range of AI tools, from image and video editors to conversational assistants.

  • Experimenting with Figma agents that can modify frames and exploring how AI can speed up design iteration.

  • Learning Claude for designers (in process of learning)
